Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By using Hillary's Help Non-Profit, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Hillary's Help provides references and payments for alternative healing modalities and education at practitioners all across America. Our services include connecting individuals with educators and practitioners who provide alternative healing services and education, such as reiki, acupuncture, herbal medicine, naturopathy, and other complementary modalities.   Individuals must provide accurate and complete information when applying for our services. Individuals can apply for our services by submitting an application online. The application will require the individual to provide personal information, and the desired healing modality. Our team will review the application and notify individuals when there is approval and funding. Hillary's Help will provide payment for the services of the selected practitioner directly to the practitioner upon completion of the service. The payment will cover only the practitioner's fee for the approved service at the approved rate, and the individual will be responsible for any products or services added above the stated approval. Practitioner payment will be made after the individual has provided confirmation of the completed service. Hillary's Help will provide a referral for a practitioner based on the individual's needs, availability, and location. The individual is responsible for contacting and vetting the practitioner, determining the safety and appropriateness of receiving the service, scheduling an appointment, and providing any necessary information to the practitioner.  Hillary's Help assumes no liability for any damage or injury that may occur as a result of the individual's use of our services or any educators or practitioner's services. It is the responsibility of the individual to determine for themselves if the practitioner is qualified to assist them and ensure that all necessary research and precautions have been taken to prevent damage or injury. All Hillary's Help practitioners may not be licensed or insured as that may not be required by law. It is the individual's responsibility to verify the educator or practitioner's credentials and to ensure that they are comfortable with the practitioner's treatment plan prior to receiving any education or treatment. All information provided to Hillary's Help will be kept confidential. We will only share information with practitioners as necessary to provide our services and support. Hillary's Help reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Hillary's Help Non-Profit is not responsible for any actions or omissions of the practitioners we refer. The Individual is responsible for their own health and wellness decisions, and Hillary's Help is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. By utilizing the referral services of Hillary's Help, you acknowledge and agree that Hillary's Help is not responsible for any issues or damages that may arise from your interactions with referred practitioners or educators. Hillary's Help does not endorse or guarantee the quality of services provided by these individuals, and it is your responsibility to conduct your own due diligence before engaging with them. You acknowledge that any interactions or agreements with referred practitioners or educators are solely between you and the educator/practitioner, and that Hillary's Help shall have no liability for any claims, damages, or other liabilities arising from these interactions or agreements. The information provided on our website and in our products/services is not intended to replace medical advice or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. Our products/services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, disease or ailment. Individual results may vary based on a variety of factors including but not limited to age, gender, health status, genetics, lifestyle, and adherence to the product or service usage recommendations. Our products/services for children under the age of 18 require parental consent and supervision.
